The tuition fee of $500.00 and covers full lodging, meals, snacks and training materials. A $100.00 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit reserves your place, with the balance due no later than four weeks prior to the weekend date. We will refund your paid fee (less the $100.00 deposit**) if we receive your cancellation notice in writing no less than 21 working days prior to the first day of the weekend for which you have paid. If cancelled after that time, your paid fee (less the $100.00 deposit) will be transferred to another weekend of your choice within one year of your initial registration. A NO-SHOW WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE FORFEITS THE ENTIRE TUITION.
The parent/guardian of a Girl who truly cannot afford the Weekend fee may request financial assistance from. Our Financial Assistance Policy is to honor and acknowledge a request for assistance and provide partial financial aid to a limited number of girls each weekend. The process is:
(1) Submit the Registration form and required deposit
(2) Write a letter in which you tell us:
- (a) what you would like your daughter to get out of this program, and
- (b) the circumstances that make it necessary for you to receive financial aid for this program.
Please note: The cost of the weekend is $500. A typical scholarship is $250. If this is not enough to enable your daughter to participate, please include that information in (b) above.
(3) Then submit your letter to email@example.com.
You will be contacted by a member of the Scholarship Committee. Please note that your application will be held in confidence. If you have additional questions, you may send us an e-mail for more information. **If financial aid is requested and not granted, or if the amount granted is not enough to allow a girl to attend the weekend, the $100 registration fee will be refunded.
